Field Trip: Permission slip sent home today. Tuesday, October 8 (next week) - we are headed to the Shorebird Nature Center at the Berkeley Marina for a training day about shoreline clean up. This is our kick off to part of our service learning work this year. We are walking to and from, and are happy to have adults join as chaperone and participant.

Today in Strawberry: Ask your Strawberry about the Otter Games. We played Otter jeopardy again in the classroom with the students, and they did marvelous. At the end of the day we played an otter hunt simulation to connect to our study of Fort Ross and the impact of the Russian fur trade.
